Delete Account Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your account for the Loop Family mobile app, developed by California Labs, Inc.

If you have created an account in the Loop Family app and would like it deleted, please email us at:
support@loopfamily.com

Please use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
In your email, please include:

Once we receive your request, we will verify the account and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted
When your Loop Family app account is deleted, we will delete personal information associated with your account, including account profile information and uploaded photos associated with your account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or business record purposes.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
